We are excited to offer you the following as part of registering for the Wai Running Festival in the Wairarapa.
Train for your event and achieve your goal. James Kuegler Coaching and Run Wellington have been supporters of the WUU2K since its start, so we are partnering with the WAI2K team to offer you the following structured training programs.
101km & 83km Ultra Marathon – a 16 week structured comprehensive training plan to get you ready to tackle the challenging event of your choice. The plan starts 16 weeks out from the event date of 20th November 2020.
43km Trail Marathon and 61km Trail Ultra-Marathon – Includes a comprehensive 12 week training schedule to take the guesswork out of your training and will provide you with a structure for completing the event of your choice. The plan starts 12 weeks out from the event date.
Our Training Plan benefits
- 16 & 12-week structured training schedule specific for each event, week by week.
- Access to a private chat group where we post Q&A and guidelines on the plan for each block moderated by James Kuegler and Run Wellington
- Attend any of the Saturday group sessions and some group long runs in Wellington and or Auckland – we will post logistics in the chat group on when these are happening.
